Restricted Use: You may not reproduce, redistribute, or use any site content for commercial or public purposes without express written authorization from us.
Enforcement: Unauthorized use of our intellectual property is strictly forbidden and may result in civil or criminal penalties.

2. Website Content & Accuracy
While Shrimp Garage endeavors to ensure all information on the site is accurate and reliable, we do not guarantee it is error-free. Use of the website and the information provided within is at your own risk.

3. Customer Status
By placing an order, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years of age.

• You are a resident of the United Kingdom (and the country where your payment card is registered).

• You possess the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts.

4. The Purchase Contract
Order Acknowledgement: After placing an order, you will receive an automated email. This is an acknowledgment of receipt, not an acceptance of your order.
Contract Formation: Your order represents an offer to purchase. The contract between you and Shrimp Garage is only formed when we send a formal "Order Shipped" email.
Payment: No orders will be dispatched until clear funds have been received.

5. Delivery & Returns
Address Accuracy: Delivery will be made to the address specified at checkout. Please verify this immediately. Any address changes must be requested within two hours of placing the order.
Dispatch: Orders placed before our 12:00 PM cutoff will be processed the same day, subject to stock availability.
Returns: You are responsible for the cost of returning unwanted items. We strongly recommend using a recorded delivery method; Shrimp Garage is not liable for items lost or damaged during return transit.

6. Limitation of Liability
Our liability for any losses resulting from a breach of this agreement is strictly limited to the purchase price of the product. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, including:

• Loss of income, profits, or contracts.

• Loss of data or business opportunity.

• Any damage to existing aquarium inhabitants after introducing our products.

Note: This does not exclude liability for death/personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any matter where exclusion would be unlawful under the Consumer Protection Act 1987.

7. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions, all site policies, and any disputes arising from the use of this website or the purchase of products shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English Law.

8. Livestock Liability (Shrimp, Snails, & Plants)
Warranty Window: This guarantee is valid for two hours after the parcel has been signed for.
Exclusions: Once livestock is introduced to your aquarium, or once the two-hour window has passed, Shrimp Garage is no longer liable for the health or survival of the animals.
International Orders: All livestock sent outside of the UK is sent strictly at the buyer’s risk. We do not offer a Live on Arrival guarantee for international shipments.
Live on Arrival (LOA) Guarantee: We guarantee livestock will arrive alive for UK addresses only.
